    For the first time a big fat zero!  I suppose it was bound to happen sometime as I try to minimise use between 4 and 8 anyway to bring my Agile average into line.

    Same for me.
    I no longer make any effort to save energy anyway during these sessions, but on this occasion I completely forgot about it when the hour came, and still got 2p. :)
