Mine doesn't, and has nothing listed except for when I did the wheel of fortune at the start of the month.

Hmm. Shall email Octopus this week to see what's going on, if nothing appears. More because I like to know why things aren't working, rather than because I'm  missing a handful of octopoints. 

I did get a very late notification to opt in at 1712 for a 1730 start too. Gremlins in't system I wonder.

Hi, yes, I still have that banner. Just a thought, if you are using a web browser to check then try pressing the CTL and F5 keys together which will force the browser to refresh and check Octopus again properly. I'm wondering if there are browser issues at play, but probably a long shot.....

Mine has the banner on the website, not on the app. Have you checked both?

Another thought, I wonder if the only accounts to have the results displayed at the moment are the ones that made savings?

I've just checked the app and the banner has gone, but there's no further information. However, when I looked on the website, it told me that I'd not saved anything - which I expected as my daughter was baking a cake. Hopefully next time I'll have more control over our electricity use.

I'm still waiting. I'm not expecting much if anything at all as our usage is low anyway, and we were running off batteries during that hour the day before.

No, I hadn't thought to check via a web browser..d'oh.... but still nothing.

No "we're crunching the numbers" banner, or anything saying "opted in but earned zero" on the app (android), or via Chrome browser (android) or Vivaldi browser (android). 

Laptop is going on later for some other admin, so I'll try to remember to look there.

I definitely had the "we're crunching numbers" banner for the first few days.

Aha, it shows up on my account when I'm on my laptop (windows 10). Log in then go to Octoplus.

And a sanity check... Definitely not in the app.

Desktop site (chrome browser android) - > Quick Links - > My Octopoints = nothing about/from the last saving session. 

 If I go to the desktop site (Chrome browser android) -> claim rewards -> I get the "we're running the numbers".

So I guess it depends where you look. 🤦
