Octopus saving sessions

I was out yesterday but I opted in and saved precisely zero, mainly because my baseline is lower on a Saturday evening, but as others have said, still worth opting in as you get a chance in the prize draw and extra points just for participating1

You’re right it’s not. I used to get a few pounds a session when I was on the tracker tariff because I’d usually be charging the car at that point. Now we are on Agile, I charge in the early hours so there is a limit to how much lower low can gos the last three sessions it’s probably less than £1 for me, but there’s the prize draw that you’re entered into too - that’s why I’ll continue opting in - I don’t really have anything to looseSAC2334 said:
I m new to these saving session .first one was £1.50 but last one was just 23 p .base line down to just 0.10 watts and switched off at consumer unit from for the 30 mins..I m realising now that this game is not aimed at low users so I prob won t play any more .How is the baseline worked out because mines gone right downmasonic said:Hmm, didn't get off to the best start. Forgot until just now, so savings will be limited to about 0.1 kWh, but I had a low baseline (0.25 kWh) anyway.1 -
Oops! Will they deduct from my previously gained points?

Shouldn't do! They haven't deducted any for me when we've used more than baseline.Griffindog said:Oops! Will they deduct from my previously gained points?

Results for the last two sessions have come in now - I got about 1000 Octopoints for each which is still better than I’d expected for the short low-paying ones

Not only did I come into the top 10% of savers on all 3 sessions but got 808 octopoints in total. I did enjoy my sausage roll and coffee at Greggs.🤗🤩🤩0

I got to just over £50 in the end which will nicely cover at least a full month’s usage on Agile for me, can’t complain about that even with the huge drop from last year’s IDA based rewards.Moo…0

Just over £15 and a few more bonus points still to come for opting in. Not to be sniffed at for minimal effort and no exporting ability.0

Just my luck, I was going in to town today so I thought I'd pop in for both - found out that my local Greggs is shut due to re-furbishment......tlcgrantham said:I did enjoy my sausage roll and coffee at Greggs.🤗🤩🤩
