Just one issue remains - this is supposed to be a "wet room" - so why is the floor level with no slope to a drain at all ??
Ask the builder. There must be some slope, albeit very small.
How do you get a slope with poured latex ?
it finds it own flat level....

So does any paint. How do you paint vertical walls or ceilings?
I don't know as I never worked with liquid latex. Is it the final finish? I thought it was vinyl, not latex.
I can only guess that it's viscous, the layer is thin enough and the screed is porous/absorbent.

No they've laid vinyl on top
But it still looks flat to me (no slope to the drain)

If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

You need a level (tool) instead of relying on your eyes. Or a small heavy ball. Or just spill a small amount of water.

I have checked with a long spirit level and the floor is flat up until 18 inches from the drain in all directions
