. . .One point to ask the Forum Experts – how am I able to contact the Landowner to complain about this when Anchor Security Services/Care Parking/Ocean Parking have redacted the information needed to make the complaint? – I am aware you can do a Land Registry Search for a nominal fee to get the Title Register with the Landowner's Name and Address but the address quoted, 26 Wisemore, doesn't seem to exist on L.R. addresses – they only go up to 24 – anybody any ideas?

According to on line papers from 2018 the development was by Cordwell Property Group (based in Belbroughton Worcestershire) and it is still included in their on line portfolio

. . .Threat–o–Gram now received from D.R.P. on behalf of Ocean Parking, dated 23rd April, which I received and opened on Friday the 26th, claiming £170 with the usual rubbish about it costing me £235 and a CCJ, etc!

. . .I will be doing nothing with it unless it escalates to an actual Court Claim!

You've got it, spot on! 👍
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

. . .Does anyone know what Ocean Parking/Care Parking/Anchor Security Services (whoever they are!) have tried to cover up in that supposed "Landowner Contract" – It does mention Anchor Security Services, but not, as quite correctly pointed out, Ocean Parking – is that material?

. . .I have tried to use various methods (including Adobe Acrobat Pro!) to see if I can get the rest of it out in order to send a complaint in writing, but they've done their homework on it and submitted it to me as a "flattened image" which revealing tools and O.C.R. can't work on!

. . .I can make out that it's "something–International" and 12th Floor, possibly "Colmore House" and what appears to be signed by "J. . .y M. . ." as the Licensor to Anchor Security Services, but trying to find anything from that either leads nowhere or to pay–walled sites asking large fees for that information!

Chris56000 , just checking how you got on with the Wisemore PCN? I'm in exactly the same position! Just been given a £170 fine from the debt collectors. Did you manage to work out who the landowners were in the end? I too, am stuggling to work out what's under the reducted text...
My plan was to write to them once I work out who they are + Travelodge (where I was parked outside of), Walsall Council + Cordwell Property Group

You don't have a fine.  Neither of you do.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi!

. . .I have now received two more "Threat–O–Grams" from D.R.P., the first one dated 24/05/2024, and the second dated 17/06/2024, and the second has this "Terminal Notice Pre Legal Action" stapled to it!

. . .I should add that I only opened this notice this morning as it had been inexplicably delayed in the post, unless of course, D.R.P. are deliberately pre–dating these things purposely in order to reinforce their so–called claim, which I wouldn't put it past them to do!

. . .My attempts to contact Cordwell Property Group got nowhere, as the phone number in the original prospectus and online is "out of service" and emails simply bounced back as undeliverable!

. . .I tried every means I had available to me to retrieve the information that O.P.C. had redacted on their so–called "Landowner Contract", but they'd done their homework on it and none of the usual methods posted online to recover redacted information would reveal what was blanked out!

Ignore all letters from DRP ltd, same as before , that advice won't change, even if DRP ltd send out 100 demands

Why are you continuing to tell us about this drivel from DRP?

On 28 April at 1:43AM, when referring to previous DRP letters, you told us...

    What has changed?

. . .The only other point to add is that I am totally unfamiliar with legal claim paperwork as I have never had to deal with it before, either as a claimant or a defendant, so the purpose of posting that paper was to try and get clarification as whether it needs immediate action on my part or not, nothing more!

. . .If that paper makes no difference to the situation as per my previous posts in February and April, etc., please accept my apologies!

. . .What (if anything!) will any paper that must be dealt with in a timely manner regarding this so–called "claim" say on it, so I know what I can continue to ignore and what I can't?

. . .I have lived at my current address since January 2016 and my d/l has had my current address on it since it was last renewed in 2020, so there should be no risk of any court papers, etc., going missing in that length of time unless they were wrongly addressed without my knowledge in the first place by the originator!
