I wonder if it's because some of us might have opted out of marketing emails at some point? I've had my salary paid into my FD current account every month for at least 13 years, and a mortgage with them for at least 10, but no email with this offer yet.friolento said:I haven't got the offer, either. I have been an FD customer for at least 13 years, because I am now on my 14th FD Regular Saver. Not a whiff of rewarding loyal customers, despite claiming they'd be "nowhere without you" in the mail selected FD customers did receive 0 0

I'm loving the "No thanks - I don't want to win" button. That's straight out of the mobile gaming world where you play a free game and it constantly offers you boosts and upgrades to buy for real cash. The "buy" button is often labelled "Boost" or "Upgrade" whilst the "don't buy" button tends to say "Miss Out" or "I'd Rather Be a Loser". OK, I made the last one up but it's all pressure selling.MDMD said:I got a different variation- if I make 30 transactions I can win £3.235 1 1

I immediately declined. If I want to play games it's not gonna be with a First Direct credit card. I have better things to do with my time than run around using it 20 times for a chance of winning.0

Agree, bit crass. It could simply say "Opt Out of Draw".boingy said:

Completely forgot to make the qualifying payments. Oh well, my FD RS matures soon anyway so I'll win a guaranteed deferred prize of the interest 🏆If you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.
