Recieved a parking fine dec 22 stating hadnt paid for parking at a euro car park ...parking was paid with proof on bank statement and a ticket...the machine did not log  number plate correctly, my believe machine error ...had a letter to say I could pay £20 admin fee which was declined as parking was paid in full fine went back to £170 had letters from debt recovery which was replied back to stating proof of payment they stopped then ZZPS letters now QDR solicitors, stating may start court procedings, do I reply to this or just wait it out ? Or even go back to euro car parks with an offer of the £20. which I'm doubtful they will acept anyway ....any advice welcomed

They won't accept £20 it's now been given to the next line in their scam who are on a no win no fee contract.
Debt collectors can be ignored you don't have a debt just an unregulated parking company claiming you have one, neither did you have a fine.

Come back if they send a LBC and then do what the second post of the NEWBIES threads advises.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Of course you ignore such a rubbish letter.from QDR

"They have been instructed by ZZPS"  what a load of nonsensical rubbish
It's not ZZPS debt and they cannot instruct QDR ?

Then further down the letter, they start their menacing approach, akin to the Kray Twins

1: It will have a negative impact on your credit rating
    WHAT FOOLS, OF COURSE NOT

    2: Prevent further lending ?

    3: Affect current employment ?

4: Enforcement using a warrant of execution ??

The only time points 1- 4 could ever happen is if you lost in court and did not pay as a judge directs

QDR are an offshoot of the shamed Wright Hassall solicitors and even if QDR HAS A COMPLETE LACK OF UNDERSTANDING, Wright Hassall  should step in and re-train the staff at QDR and stop them sending out pure junk

The letter should be sent to the SRA as a complaint of indimidation and fabrication.  Show your MP and request they send it to The Department for Levelling Up who are currently looking into this type of rubbish

And, who are ZZPS ..... known as the great OSNER SCAM named after the owner and approved by the BPA

So you ignore the QDR rubbish and if you get a letter before claim come back here
Keep the letter just in case it gets as far as court. A judge would be keen to read the intimidation by QDR

Report your other thread for MERGING if its the same case

Name the parking company and the lawyers listed on the top left of the claim form

Post the issue date on the top right of the claim form too

Post the date that you did the AOS online as well as the issue date

Post a picture of the lower half of the claim form, after hiding the VRM details on the left in the POC, plus hide the password on the bottom right too

With a Claim Issue Date of 21st November, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service on 25th November, you have until 4pm on Monday 23rd December 2024 to file a Defence.

That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

    I've redacted your VRM:

Just copy any other DCB Legal defence, which are all similar. Very very easy. Don't feel sick, this is the stage you wanted; it'll lead to a discontinuance in 2025. Not even a hearing.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
