    It means that either the CNBC didn't receive your N180 document, or , misplaced it,  maybe you didn't receive the postal notice   ?  Maybe you have not been checking your claim history either 

    Download an N180, fill it in and email it to the DQ email address ASAP,  tonight if possible,  checking for the email auto receipt

    And I've just added a link to the answers to the (fairly simple) DQ form into the first 12 steps.

    Most important is to plot your unavailable dates for months/the rest of the year. If in doubt, say it's an unavailable week.
