was over three hours in retail park, I have receipts from shopping, do I have to still pay?

Parking Eye sent me a ticket.  I was over three hours in retail park.   But I did buy and use the shops and have receipts too, will this get me out of the fine?

To answer the question in your thread title... no you do not.

What did you learn last time you had a parking ticket?
One of the first things suggested then was to complain to the site owner.

I'm sure you've been asked a million times but how do I get out of it?  I WAS over three hours.  Do I send receipts?

How much do your receipts for that retail park amount to?  PE do seem to have an agreement with whoever contracted them that spend over a certain amount will trigger a cancellation.

You need to ask yourself "Why do I keep picking up parking tickets?"
That's now two ParkingEye tickets this year alone.

By complaining to the retailer or managing agents who run the retail park. As Keith said.

And as the NEWBIES thread shows you. These are a cinch to get cancelled if you complain nice and early, and there is a massive thread of examples of successful complaints linked in the NEWBIES thread.

Ok I'll appeal with receipts which have times over the three hours of spending If they refuse go to POPLA.  I just called a girl at football place I went to she has evidence on their computer of me being there.     Shall I just send receipts to euro car parks then if they refuse go to POPLA?  Cant find number of company of parks owner just name to call them.   I found the owner of the park's address and name but cant find his number to call!

First you say Parking Eye, now you say Euro which PPC is it?
You have also been through all this before and won, have you not considered looking back, and reading the newbies thread?

If it's Euro Car Parks DO NOT SAY NOR IMPLY WHO WAS DRIVING!

Their NTK has been found non-compliant by POPLA so no saying "proof I was there."

    Ok I'll appeal with receipts...
But that's NOT what we said to do first. In my reply, I advised you exactly how retail park PCNs are 'a cinch to get cancelled' (and that isn't by appealing).

I don't know how to contact the managing agents listed as directors in companies house whose limited company owns the retail park and shall I write not call the manager of one of the retailers?  Who do i call or write to? But the one (young employee) just told me to complain to Euro car parks!
