    No.

We beat this ex-clamper every time. Obviously not at appeal stage but you only need to search the forum for his name to read all about cases v that idiot.
    okay. let's do this! thx.
    Good!

I am now in the position of seeing if they send an NTK as per the advice on the forum before I do anything further.
    Yep.

Please could you also help us and future posters out by posting the NTK here?  It will arrive in December or January:

  • I used this car park on Saturday as my Autistic Son had been violently attacked and phone stolen whilst visiting the German market with friends and had been taken to Digbeth police station , as you can imagine I just wanted to get to him :-( . I came back to a PCN for being literally an inch over the white line next to a bay with a pillar so close not many would attempt to use. I've emailed my situation but have been told they will pursue. Did you manage to find who the landowner is? The amount of media stories on Mr Wilkins is very shocking. Legal robbery comes to mind.

Sorry to hear about what happened to your son. In terms of finding the landowner, nothing as yet and all my research so far has been internet based. Not picked up the phone to the landregistry or Birmingham City Council as I'm still waiting for the NTK to arrive (hopefully it won't). IF you manage to find anything, please share. I'll be getting on the phone next week to dig deeper.

This is frequently posted by one of our regulars: -
    1. Google searches
    2. If a retail park, check on any signage which lists the on-site outlets
    3. Ask retailers on the site if there is a managing agent
    4. Ask retailers on the site to whom do they pay rent
    5. Contact the local authority and ask who pays the non-domestic/business rate for the car park (some councils have a spreadsheet on their website)
    6. Contact the local Valuation Office and ask if they know. They often have a website which might provide the information
    7. Contact The Land Registry and for around £3 they should be able to provide definitive detail
    8. If you haven't already done so, give us the name of the car park/site/location, we may have seen other cases there.

Thanks, I will do some more research. Chances are with what I have no read companies like this probably won't be able to DVLA records and so I doubt you will get an NTK. I unfortunately appealed (still angry from the weekends events) and so they have my details :-( , will still fight all the way though

I have received a payment reminder letter today. Is that the NTK?? If so, happy to post at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6483542/a-thread-of-pictures-of-2023-parking-firm-ntks#latest

It states that the fine is now £100 as I didn't pay the PCN within 14 days. Posting the machine ticket, PCN back/front and Payment Reminder (NTK??) back/front.

I held off doing anything just incase this didn't ever arrive but now it has. Seeking advice and happy to start pushing this along now. I can only say thanks in advance for any info as I can see from other forum posts that this may be a long journey!

Yes that's a NTK and I posted it here (thanks):

It's a useless IPC one. My advice is ignore it as they don't deserve the time of day IMHO and we all know you'd lose at IAS because nigh on everyone does (funny that, eh IPC?)..

Thanks. If I don't appeal and just ignore the NTK, could it cause issues further down the line where they question why I didn't appeal and just ignored the NTK? Based on not appealing, what will their next move be and should I do anything apart from wait for their next move?
