I still haven’t heard back any more since 30/10 when I provided payslips… they sent a message to say May take longer to process 😬 had completely forgotten I had applied:rotfl:0

I applied at the end of October and was accepted. I have received my card, sort code and account number but haven't received the telephone security number. I have received the welcome letter 4 times! I have phoned 3 times and just get an assurance that it will come. Have tried to register for online banking through the app but without success. Anyone got a telephone number where I will be able to speak to somebody who can help? There is no HSBC branch near me.0

I finished all the tasks on 16th nov and still haven’t received the £125 in my global account0

@nataliemariepink99 other people have reported receiving the payment any time between 5 and 20 days after completing the tasks. I'm holding on until 20 days and expect to receive it by then. I think the offer terms say payment will be made with 20 days of completing the tasks.
@bemused77 other people in your situation called HSBC on 03457 404 404, ignored the robot and waited until put through to a human who was able to help with the code. Hope that's of some help. Good luck.2 -

I finished all the tasks by mid December having applied before the cut off date. I phoned customer service and I was told even though I had fulfilled all criteria I wasn't eligible for the payment as my account hadn't been opened by the bank until after the date. Should I escalate the issue or should I just give up. The assistant did acknowledge that my account was applied for before the offer had closed0

Hi @robbo1965 the details are still on the HSBC website where it refers to the application date, not the date of account opening. I applied before the offer closed, but my account opened some weeks after it closed. I still got the £125 although it was a hassle having to call them. I think you have a good chance of receiving the incentive if you call back and point out their website says you qualify based on the application date.
