HSBC Free £125 (+£80) Offer
I believe applications for this offer close today but just wanted to flag that the HSBC site shows an additional qualifying criterion (to the ones MSE lists) for the basic £125 which is the requirement to order a 'multi currency debit' within their Global Money account in the first 60 days.
I don't know if this is crucial but it happens to suit me personally but may be an negative for some?0 -
Has anyone applied for the HSBC Advance account and then opened a Global Money account via the app as instructed and not received their £125 reward? I did the required 5 card transactions and £1500 transfer in.
I'm wondering how I can prove I'm eligible if I ring them?
Any input would be really appreciated.
Thanks,
Dani0 -

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
