HSBC Advance and Global Money account opening offer - reward not received

Has anyone applied for the HSBC Advance account and then opened a Global Money account via the app as instructed and not received their £125 reward? I did the required 5 card transactions and £1500 transfer in.
I'm wondering how I can prove I'm eligible if I ring them?
Any input would be really appreciated.
Thanks,
Dani

Check your dates and the terms of how long they get to pay it. If you are confident you have met the criteria and your are outside the date for payment then write to them, don't waste time on the phone which is not guaranteed to be recorded - email is fine. Put a complaint in detailing the date you applied, date opened, date of transactions and date of transfer. They have to respond to a complaint and it tends to focus minds
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I have just rang HSBC and was told there has been a technical problem with crediting the 'incentive' as they call it to the eligible customer accounts. They said they are working to resolve this and hoping pay the incentive money to eligible customer accounts by 27th January. Thought this might be helpful to know for anyone in the same situation.0

The same happened to me - I used their chat function and received the £125 PLUS the £80 Global bonus to make me go away - it's easier and quicker. BiB xDF0

I too have not received it. I’ve ’chatted’ to them a few times. They confirmed I met the criteria and the first time said I’d receive it the following day. Then next time, within a week. Still no result. They’re leading me a merry dance. If I don’t get anything this week I shall put in the complaint.0
