What is more bizarre is that the SRA FAIL to protect the public and allow such so called legals operate under their name and the  MoJ are simply
    clueless

The DCBL discontinuation thread clearly demonstrates they are not fit for purpose

    Hello,

I have just received a letter from DCB Legal saying:

"Having reviewed the content of your defence, we are writing to inform you that our Client intends to proceed with the claim.

The Court will direct both parties to file directions questionnaires in due course. In anticipation of that we are enclosing a copy.

Without Prejudice to the above, in order to assist the Court in achieving its overriding objective, our Client may be prepared to settle this case. Therefore, in the event you wish to discuss settlement, please call us on 0203 838 7038 within 7 days and make immediate reference to this correspondence.

    Yours Sincerely,

    (Removed by Forum Team)
    Litigation Manager"

What do I do next, are they going to proceed with court claim??

You were expecting that weren't you?

Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...

Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.

    Thank you @KeithP

Do I wait for the questionnaire to arrive in the post or should I be pro-active and download one and email it back?

At what point along the 12 steps would they discontinue it if they are going to?

    Thanks!
