Nearly there!

Definitely remove mention of reserved costs that you don't have (but don't delete the whole bit you highlighted in green).

Para 22: change the year to say 2024!

Para 39: Remove the first phrase "With the DLUHC's ban on the false costs" because there is no ban.  This project is still hanging, now delayed by the GE.

Change all your photos to screenshots of your photos instead, so that the metadata proves when each pic was taken. You'll see what I mean when you screenshot a photo - magic !

I didn't fully understand about how screenshots of the photos would include metadata? I'm on an Apple Mac and just tried taking a screenshot of a photo and I can't see any metadata included. Are you able to expland what you mean by the screenshot of photos comment please?

Thank you so much. I'll get this amended when I get on the computer. 

I have to admit, if left to most my father sorting things out then he would have just paid upon the first letter. I defended it on his behalf as I was able to do it for my own parking charge which never progressed to court. Overall it has take a huge amount of time from me so I have questioned whether it would have been better paying the fee from the outset given it's progressed all the way to court this time. Never the less, I hugely appreciate all the help from everyone from the forums ❤️

Photos taken from my father's phone but no timestamp comes up when you screenshot a photo. I think if you view the properties of the photo from the photo gallery then it might have the timestamp but this doesn't show with the photo. I'll annotate under the photo in the Word doc the date stamp of when the photo was taken. Taking a screenshot of the photo properties doesn't feel any more credible than writing it directly under the photo.

If you're using an Apple Mac or iOS device, use the free app DateStamper which will embed a timestamp on any photos you choose. It will take the metadata dat and time but you can override that and change it if necessary. I believe the iOS version has much more flexibility than the MacOS version.
