In 11 you say that the cost of debt recovery is eight times less than the fake DRA fee but you haven't used the paragraphs with the IA link that explain this (unless I missed it).I have put it back now. Will post redacted WS shortly with picsCoupon-mad said:
Surely the one that said the DLUHC has 'banned' the fee wasn't the person's final version WS? If so, whose? I will delete it from the exemplars but it sounds like you read their first try rather than their last draft.
Links in this thread are not working (@Citizen_K)
Your link doesn't... it says we need permission.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Could not open it from laptop by some reason, opened it from a phone. His WS has also “With the DLUHC's ban on the false 'costs'” btw. And I think one more there also. Can you check my link again please? Should work now.0

Yes that's very good! Except are NPM even in the BPA AOS? I wondered if they are IPC.
I would add two URLs for the Judge:
- the full, right CoP (IPC or BPA)
- the judgments link (see NEWBIES thread suggested exhibits) because that has twice as many as you've exhibited after Chan
Bear in mind that we are anticipating an IA and decisions update from the DLUHC which (if that happens before your hearing) you'd need to know about so the other side's rep doesn't have an advantage over you.
Stick around. Double check the DLUHC's latest position the day before your hearing by reading this forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Remove 'at allocation stage' from para 8. as you are past that stage.
I didn't see that you've added (under the Chan early paragraphs) the 'judgments' URL that I told you where to find?
It is looking good!

Para 7 & 12 - typo - "[Photo of this judgement used] - no middle "e" in this context
Para 19 - typo - "... Although I wasn’t their stuff I should...."2 -
