Yes that's very good!  Except are NPM even in the BPA AOS?  I wondered if they are IPC.

I would add two URLs for the Judge:

- the full, right CoP (IPC or BPA)

- the judgments link (see NEWBIES thread suggested exhibits) because that has twice as many as you've exhibited after Chan

Bear in mind that we are anticipating an IA and decisions update from the DLUHC which (if that happens before your hearing) you'd need to know about so the other side's rep doesn't have an advantage over you.

Stick around. Double check the DLUHC's latest position the day before your hearing by reading this forum.

They are IPC, you are right. Will change it and add the URLs, thank you.

So should I leave the pharagraphs with DLUHC's then? What will happen if it changes before the hearing?
