  • I think your only option is to claim on your normal house insurance, all expensive items should be included so that situations like this are covered - when you next renew your policy re-assess your other items too.

     You should've more careful with you property and take out insurance on expensive goods.

    Much as if your car got stolen the car manufacturer has no reason to be in anyway connected then I don’t see how a jewler can be connected to a stolen ring.

    How did the ring get stolen?

    Maybe if you told us what happened for it to get stolen you would get some answers.
