Oaknorth fixed rate ISA

I opened an OakNorth Fixed rate ISA recently and have since decided I want to transfer another ISA in. It’s not clear on the website how to do this at a later date.
Is it possible to initiate the transfer in from the online banking portal, or do I need to phone them to arrange it?

From what I can see you only have a 30 day funding window from opening and ISA transfers must be actioned via the website.

It'll be there somewhere unless the window has closed.

I opened this account early October. I have until 8 Nov to add to this ISA but I can only see how to add new money through my nominated account.
