OakNorth ISA Transfer In

I opened an OakNorth Fixed rate ISA yesterday and have since decided I want to transfer another ISA in as well as deposit new funds. It’s not clear on the website how to do this at a later date. (I said no to a transfer during the application).
It seems I won’t get online banking access until I make a deposit. Can anyone tell me if when I do get access it’s possible to initiate the transfer in from the online banking portal, or do I just need to phone them to arrange it?
