    No need. Just the local court. Ask them for a fresh copy by email or if it's in a nearby town, call at the court in person and ask for the N180 form as a paper version.

    DO NOT STINT in considering & noting possible unavailable weeks. Cross them out anyway even if you haven't yet booked holiday. Just put that you ARE away those weeks.  Plot it until at least JANUARY 2025.

    That is really helpful; thankyou; although I don't know what 'STINT in' means?

    I will call the court in the morning and ask for another form.  Again; thankyou for your help and advice
