You do have a copy of your DQ. It will be in your "sent" folder. Resend your copy of your DQ to the new email address which is dq.cnbc@justice.gov.ukdownandoutagain said:**UPDATE**

Not CNBC because if it's been lost during 'transfer' I reckon this letter is from the local court (probably Leeds, because they always do this) so the email just needs forwarding to the local court.LDast said:

it is from local court; and I sent the DQ hard copy and also to NCP...
not quite sure if I ask them to contact NCP?
what happens if I do nothing?0 -
You'll get a CCJ.
I don't understand the difficulty. This is normal with some courts (e.g. Leeds) and everyone just forwards the email attaching their DQ, of course. Very simply dealt with. If you ONLY sent a hard copy then email the local court a picture of your copy you kept OR ask them to send you a fresh copy of the form.PRIVATE 'PCN'? When did you send the DQ; after the original request from CNBC or as a result of this request? Who might you ask to contact NCP and why? If you do nothing and the court do not have your DQ, you are in danger of receiving a judgment in default for failing to comply with a court order - even though it was not your fault.downandoutagain said:it is from local court; and I sent the DQ hard copy and also to NCP...

I sent my DQ back as part of the original request. When I said NCP I actually meant Euro Car Park; my confusion. I am sorry. Would I have to send another copy to the other side solicitors as well? like I did the first time?Le_Kirk said:
