It wasn't a Morrisons car park by any chance? ECP has a countrywide contract with Morrisons. Morrisons are exceptionally good at instructing ECP to cancel tickets?
hi there, no it used to be a Birmingham CC car park and then it must have changed hands, because I was none the wiser, I had no idea
  • hi there, no it wasnt it used to be a council car park, and it must have been sold or let or whatever it is they do.  I hadnt realised I was in such a state

  • so, as advised earlier on the DQ180 has arrived this morning, so will be doing some reading up on this tonight over a cup of tea.  One question though, when it comes to these companies, they look for payment on entering the car park, is there a grace period does anyone know?

Of course we know all about grace periods!  Basic stuff for us.

  • so an update, Euro Car Parks filed everything late with the court, and they have opted for a court hearing, they are not interested in anything else.

Not quite sure what happens now, but in short, it is going to court

any advice at this stage will help me massively

What is this? Have you now received a letter before claim or a N1 claim form?  Have you submitted a defence?

  • i am yet to receive a notification from the court in relation to dates and submitting defense.  My main worry is that my mental health is not great, suffering Complex PTSD and anxiety combined with a fear of going out is going to make attendance in person very difficult

Please tell us what stage you are at and what your earlier post above meant?

Have you had a DQ sent by the CNBC yet?
