Ryanair flight diversion - costs help required

Hi Ryan air are still asserting that they put on transport according to ops centre this was not the case they claimed to have sent sms i never received it . If anyone has any useful screen shots of messages that  would assist my case I would appreciate . (Removed by Forum Team)

20th November update: Ryanair are refusing to consider our claim so it looks like we are going to have to go through the ADR process. Has anyone else had any luck with their claim?

Hi all

Just a quick message to say Ryanair have reimbursed us for our taxi fare and hotel accommodation from that night....It  took A LOT of doing. It's not the full amount...Ryanair's exchange rate is questionable to say the least, but we've got the money back from the epic 5 hour taxi ride just before Christmas, so can't complain.

Can anyone please give me the details of how they actually contacted Ryanair to make a start recovering my expenses for my delayed flight. Would be forever in your debt, just like this useless airline!

Start with their claim form: Ryanair

There isn't a specific box for diverted so I'd guess select delayed.
