CST Law - Stansted McDonald's Carpark - MET Parking Services edit: *court date*

CST Law seem to use a similar model that makes so much money for DCB Legal:
- pick off plenty of the 'low hanging fruit' consumers (a PPC industry shameful phrase heard at Parkex one year) at £170 per PCN, at pre-action threatogram stage;
- let some cases slide if the issues raised appear a bit too hard, but the real aim is;
- take the rest of the victims to court, scare the bejeebees out of a load more ordinary good people who panic and just pay £275ish to make a claim go away;
- cash in on the 90% that the MOJ told the DLUHC go (shamefully, MOJ) straight to default CCJs, partly due to the deliberate/negligent use of DVLA (years old) car registered addresses;
- out of those CCJs all piled up like 'pound sign fish' in a barrel, if you are DCB Group you can rub your hands with glee if some cases exceed £600 because you then send the HCEO boys round with a clamp and add a few hundred;
- CST Law are not yet in that 'elite' hunter money-making business model due to not using HCEOs but the other similarity with DCB's role model is - in cases like yours - they just drop the claim. There's little/no appetite for hearings with some of these parking roboclaim nasties. And CST Law seem to be 'doing a DCB' quite a lot.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
