Just got this today, ignoring I assume!
Wow, that is appallingly arrogant, saying they 'require payment in full' even though you've defended the stupid inflated claim. They act as if they will win.  We'll see. I think in practice, they'll copy the DCB Legal model and discontinue cases before hearings.

In one fell swoop, they are trying to have you believe that nothing in the template defence is relevant (yawn...all of it is).  They've ignored statute law - Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the POFA/ lack of keeper liability - and the persuasive authority of CEL v Chan.

    Bring it on. Yes, ignore!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Received the DQ from the courts today.

Filled it out with help from the guides and e-mailed it back to the courts, copying in CST Law and myself.

Hoping I can get to go to court to be honest. Hopefully after the summer so I have a tan. ;)

That is one letter that deserves NO REPLY
It stinks of desperation and no wonder, the famous MET parking scam site at Stansted that even DCBL discontinue

It's about time the SRA investigate Credit Style (CST) again

All you have to do is read the CST GROUP THREAD to see the stupifity

    And, as CM says above
  • Just an update.

CST Law have e-mailed me their DQ. Worth posting a copy here? Nothing too out of the ordinary as far as I can tell. They just mention they're happy for it to be done without a hearing but if a hearing is requested, they're content with it being at the court local to me "if not dealt with on paper".

As you are happy to go to court do so.  If CST are happy to take a scam to court let them. You need to explain to a judge how the scam works .... face to face
  • MCOL website has updated with it being transferred to an area local to me.

    "Your claim was transferred to...."

I've just had another letter to say that as a result of an order made, it's been transferred to a different court.
