Since the Abrdn takeover things have gone downhill... the website 'refresh' was a total disaster: it's terrible. It's now impossible to get transaction history downloads or even contract notes using Safari or Firefox (I refuse to use Chrome due to its very poor data privacy/security). Furthermore, ii's customer service is appalling (they take ages to respond and when they do it's with scripted tosh that doesn't answer the actual question).
Recommendations please...?
I need to switch platforms. But which one?
I'm not picky, and really only have 3 criterion:
I'm not picky, and really only have 3 criterion:
- Website works well with Safari and/or Firefox

What are you invested in (stocks, ETFS, ITs, OEICs)?

iWeb is works fine with Firefox and I expect Safari too. It is owned by Lloyds bank, and is only superficially different from the Lloyds, BOS and Halifax brands of the same service. It is also cheaper than II.

Charges of 0.25% of our portfolio's is pretty high-cost though.
