Yep.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Also which email do I send the form to? I have seen 2 addresses in the newbies thread. Is it ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk or the one where I sent my defence to which is CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk.

Where exactly did you find the hmcts version?
I ask because if that is in current guidance anywhere, it obviously needs correcting.1 -

Been a while since I posted last on this and I thought it had all gone away! But I've now received my court date!!!!
Never been to a court in my life. The letter states that unless the claimant pays the court the trial fee of £27 then it will be struck off. I'm assuming PE will go ahead and pay this seeing as they have let it get to this stage.
My question is what do I do now? Do I just rock up to court on the day? Is there anything I need to take with me? Is there anything else I need to submit in advance?
Feeling quite worried. If I lose what costs am I looking at?

Your witness statement bundle needs submitting by the deadline listed on the court order, to both the claimant and to your local nominated civil court . That court order tells you exactly what needs to be done, with deadlines
Study the 12 steps in the defence template thread by coupon mad in announcements, plus study other recent cases with recent witness statement bundles to see what yours should be like, so study good examples by other victims
Also study the second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements too
A typical loss in court for a single PCN is around £212, so usually about £70 less than the claim form total , but you have not shared those figures on the claim form , step 12 told you the typical figures1 -
The claimant amount is £205.
The court hearing date is 30th December and it says the claimant has until 2nd Dec to pay the court fee which I'm sure they will.
They have until the 30th October to submit their witness statement but the letter says I don't have to submit mine no later than 14 days before the hearing.
Should I wait until claimant has done this or send mine now in the hope that they see sense and close the case?
