I have the mediation appointment for Feb 19th. Looking forward to that one1

I just had the mediation call. The mediator Sharon, went through the legal stuff and told me that they would accept a lower payment of £230 instead of the£290 then asked how I wanted to proceed. “ I will not pay anything and will not be bullied, threatened or blackmailed to pay their fraudulent charge and will happily meet them in court”. I swear she was trying not to laugh when she said it is the right thing to do if I dispute it the. She then wished me well and ended the call. Maybe I should have left it at no because she wasn’t going to tell them what I said, just marked it as unresolved for court 🤣3

I would have said, I am happy with the offer of £230. I'll provide my bank details to the claimant's solicitors and look forward to receiving the money.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4

Hi everyone I have followed all the steps and had mediation on 19 Feb. AOS and defence sent and acknowledged 28 November. I received 2 letters from court today which are confusing and worrying. I was expecting a discontinuation letter! Any suggestions please?0

DQ was filled in and sent online on 17 January and acknowledgement email was received0

Nothing to worry about, not confusing either, the transfer to your local nominated civil court is normal practice, it's expected , there was zero chance of a discontinuation at this stage, that will likely come a few weeks before the hearing date, which you haven't received yet
Email copies of the missing documents to that local civil court ASAP, because the CNBC could not find the originals, a common error by them
In your case, email a copy of your defence to Warwick court, with the MCOL claim reference, plus your details etc with it, ASAP1 -
Its the DEFENCE that needs forwarding to Warwick court, presumably they already found the N180, because that form selected Warwick court2
