Update I had the usual response email a few weeks ago from DCBL saying that they are going to proceed to court. Today I received a letter from the court  and talking about direct questionnaire and mediation. Now need to dive in and read up on the next steps!

Thank you for your reply. They have sent a paper DQ form.  I didn't get started yet family stuff came up.I will look again at the newbie thread for direction. My poor brain is addled with it all, I had a DWP tribunal last week (which I won)  and this parking charge court letter this week. This should be a breeze after that tribunal!

Thank you, I have found the form on gov. uk but don't know how to download it, there isn't the option. I am not very tech to be honest. Could I fill it in online then copy and paste it into the email, would that work?

I sent the DQ form to DCBLegal, court and euro car parks. I had the generic responses from court and dcblegal but euro car parks 🚫 blocked it. I received the reply pictured. Do I need to send it to them? The email address is apparently no longer in use. It was the only one I could find. 🤔(Image removed by Forum Team)
