    You can pay any amount you like from your Sky account.

    You can use live chat to get in touch, you can also pick up the phone, 03337590874 or use email.

    Don`t understand your problem here ???
    The OP said they don't have an email to contact Sky do you have one ? 
    Sign in to your Sky account, click contact us - click on complaints - click how to complain - click email us.

    Opens up Sky complaints contact form, fill it in with your query/complaint/issue, click send.

    Job done.

    I have just been reading a thread elsewhere that states that Sky will not speak to anyone whose account is in arrears, only when it is brought up to date will they do so.

    Seems unfortunate.
    If you can send me the link, you can go through to an advisor if you select the pay option
