Advice wanted regarding Letter of Claim from DCB Legal

Just received a 'Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track' today. It says that my papers have been considered and the court believes that the case is suitable for mediation and that I'm encouraged to contact the Small Claims Mediation service...? (I presume that's a standard message they put on everything?)I'm a little confused as the directions appear to indicate that my case will be heard in Bedford, but the MoneyClaim Portal still says it's been transferred to Luton? Should I be concerned? In any case, it says that the claim will be heard in Mid-August, so just under 3 months from now and I have until the start of August to file the Witness Statement/evidence/other documents/etc. (Will try and aim to get them in by 2 days prior at the latest!)(It does mention however that the case will be struck out if the claimant doesn't pay the hearing fee by Mid-July)I already have a basic draft of the Witness statement ready, so I just need to finish it off, add the further paragraphs citing other cases, evidence etc. Will post a copy here for feedback when it's ready.I presume this is all usual jargon/bs for DCBL and nothing unusual here?0

All fully explained/described in the 12 point checklist you are following from the first post in the Template Defence thread.
Use this link to find the court details and give them a call or email them to clarify:

Interestingly, since my last post I've had another missed call from DCBL, only this time it was an actual person and they actually left a voicemail! They didn't say much other than to call them back, though I think we know where that's heading...0

Answer it next time and laugh out loud at whatever they say and tell them to hurry up and discontinue because you want to be added to the MSE forum thread. Take the Mickey. Be as slightly rude as you like.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Great News! I just received this in my emails today!
DCB have chickened out and discontinued the case! (as everyone predicted)
Didn't even need to write the witness statement!
@Umkomaas Another one for the Wall of Shame!
I'd like to give a massive Thanks everyone here, @CouponMad especially for your help and patience with my anxious and at times panicky posts on this forum. I honestly went into this thinking thinking that the odds were stacked against me. came out the other end victorious. I don't think I could have done it without all your help!
I'd buy you all a beer (or other preferred beverage) if I knew you IRL!

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
