my Asda this afternoon an hour before closing had reduced the usual bread and veg etc but are having three reducers doing nothing else tomorrow but checking stock and removing to reduced areas. depending how many customers they have from Midnight there may be lots to be had in the afternoon when the lowest prices will be used.

anyone buying beef for christmas look carefully, they have joints of topside for £6.48 per kilo, but have topside with a piece of added fat slashed down from £6.48 per kilo to £3 per kilo :T check the wording on the label before paying

just back from asda boldon - very few bargains there. good thing was it was very quiet and eay to get parking. some milk at 10p and bread half price not much else

Somerfield in Preston have already started - well at 8am this morning they had stacks and stacks of bread and cakes including the fresh cream ones reduced.

They had crates of Warburtons bread at 58p for a loaf!!
