Sorry,one more question.
There is a web form to contact them www.bwlegal.co.uk/customers
Or should it strictly be email so as to ensure a reply0 -
Hi
I am struggling to find an up to date email for bwlegal.
Only one I can find on the forums is disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk but that was from April 2024 and the poster was suggesting that it doesn't work.
I know that we have to search the forum for these things but I just can't find it,despite searching for a couple of hours.
Is that the correct one or is there an up to date one that I can't find?
Would like to get this emailed tonight as going away before the cut off date.
Many thanks

Can you change your thread title please? Really confusing!
You can use the webform if you want. Doesn't matter and the reply isn't intended to stop them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
Ok,thank you.
Have changed the title, hopefully that makes more sense. It was from the start of the thread and was supposed to be CST Law,never got round to correcting it!1 -
Hi again.
I have spent a few hours now just trying to respond to this LoC.
The web form has absolutely no way to just respond to the claim,it is all just set up for payments and debt resolution etc.
Very frustrating as the last one I did against VCS was easy to email them.
Struggling with this now and the only alternative is to use the forms to reply which is obviously against the advice. But don't know how to get around this now.
Does anybody out there have the most recent email address for bwlegal please?
Many thanks0 -
Joe Bloggs seems to have been successful with at least 1 from 4

Hi
Thanks Gr1pr. I emailed to several different addresses in the end, including those. A few bounced back automated messages etc but a couple got sent.
No acknowledgement or reply however so no idea if I have actually responded in the time frame.
ChirpyChicken,it does seem like that but I thought it was part of the process that I had to.
Many thanks1 -
I had the following but as you can see, one of them is now no longer operative: -parking@bwlegal.co.uk, customerinfo@bwlegal.co.uk, complaints@bwlegal.co.uk, disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk4

Hi Le_Kirk.
Sorry for delay in replying to you.
Did use a couple of them and got responses which I will put on in a bit.
Cheers
