For the avoidance of doubt, there is now a new list of email addresses to use when emailing the CNBC depending at what stage in the process you are. Your DQ, when it is time, does not go to the email meal address you sent your defence.

@Coupon-mad @nopcns Thank you both, yep had been following the 12 steps indeed. I couldn't recall which thread those steps were in (probably because im leaking out of my face atm) but I remember seeing the guidance somewhere so thanks for that.

Back again. 

So, I waited for the CNBC to send the N180 and it arrived today 18th April. 

However, it's dated 27th March 2024 and the instructions say to fill in the N180 and return by the 15th April. Amazing. 

Would the advice be to complete the N180 as normal and submit explaining this? Have I missed a crucial window through no fault of my own? Didn't expect this in the plan.

Minor update:

I had accidentally answered yes to mediation and had received a date to mediate. I responded to the email and explained this was accidental and I do not want to mediate (again, must have said yes whilst I was delirious with illness) and they cancelled the app.

Have had two calls I've ignored today from DCB Legal from: 01606 539165.

It's apt as my Pixel phone automatically flags them as spam calls. Will continue ignoring. Or should I answer to reject whatever deal they want to put forward?

Still waiting for the hearing date and I can prepare a WS.

I'd answer and tell them to hurry up and discontinue because you are not the low hanging fruit their appalling company is looking for. Be assertive and tell them to just discontinue and shut up.
