Apologies Keith, i am very dyslexic and if im being honest find the whole process very confusing (despite having read the welcome threads). Is my best cause of action now to just wait?KeithP said:You have just shown us a BWLegal letter which you received some weeks/months ago.
Up until now this thread has been about how to appeal.
No mention on this thread earlier of a Letter of Claim or Letter Before Claim which was dated in July 2023.
The second post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to react upon receipt of a Letter of Claim.
But it looks as though you have left it too late to respond.
Expect a County Court Claim Form to drop through your letter-box any day now.
