Another Lyca warning
Signed up a few months ago. Porting over was difficult, and my connection cuts out the evening I'm due to auto-renew.
Final straw was when I was abroad a couple of weeks ago. In the middle of a foreign country, the roaming cuts out. Live chat agent stopped responding after a few exchanges (mainly incredibly vague instructions). Called, and dealt with a rude and unhelpful agent, who's only substantive suggestion would be to wait and see, or maybe try paying for a top up! Phone cut out after half an hour waiting for a supervisor. Called back, promised a supervisor would call within the hour... nothing.
Sent them a complaint email when I got back. After a week, got a genuinely incomprehensible email filled with mangled English. I'm done. Joke network

I agree the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Vague or nonsensical replies, just stop communicating with you, a broken complaint system. It really isn't worth the frustration.
I know MSE have a warning about them having an unknown level of customer service. In my view MSE should stop recommending them as it reflects poorly on MSE's ability to check out a deal.1 -
I first tried to setup a paymonthly account online with these imposters 5 weeks ago. The sign up process crashed after I supplied my direct debit details. I have finished up with two SIMS when I only wanted one and I have never been able to sign in to my account. They repeatedly send me emails demanding that a pay an invoice that I have never seen. I eventually managed to work out how to contact their call centre but the staff are totally useless and don't seem to understand that they are there to help the customer. I have sent dozens of emails to their customer services help desk. The couple of times that they could be bothered to respond, the reply was totally unconnected with my original email.
I have just sent a complaint to their complaints department. I have actually received a reply saying that Lycamobile have been the victims of a cyber attack and they cannot investigate my case until the dust settles.
If you value your sanity do not have anything to do with this company.
