We bought a Led Mirror October which came with a 5 year guarantee last year which has now developed a fault. Where do we go from here ?
Contact the manufacturer - Their address should be in the installation/instruction sheet.

Might have to send complaint to China as that is where most things are made these days.

Victoria Plum Customer Chat keeps sending us to the administration website which has no help regarding this kins of issue.
As above, if you can figure out the manufacturer go to them, otherwise try your credit card company.

Lots of people here talking about losing money, moral of the story is always use credit card for orders where you have to wait to receive the goods.  Debit card is fine for stuff that is unlikely to develop a fault, and you have in your hands there and then - so buying goods such as clothes, fuel, food there and then from a shop.  Otherwise, use credit card, and if you can pay direct and not using an intermediary such as PayPal or Google Pay, which only serve to remove your Section 75 rights.  For anything less than £100, talk to the card company about a charge back instead.
