Yesterday, sadly, it wasn't, as I had to go to the office and spent on transport, coffee, water, and then I took advantage of the fact that I had already spent to buy a couple of groceries and cleaning products that were on my to-buy list. It's early days, but I am already seeing a change of mindset, making a list of the things I need (or think I need) and waiting until I have a spend day anyway is actually helping reviewing the list with a more critical eye because the total amount piles up and it makes me think twice to see if I really need all the stuff. I didn't expect that!

@laura_lau yes there's a delayed gratification thing built into the challenge - it is very useful! I keep a list and quite often after waiting I end up not buying things on it at all. x
@GeorgianaCavendish@beanielou I've got a sore throat too - mild but can't work out where it came from, very strange!
