Did manage to get out today. Only to Aldi to buy fruit and veg but it's a start.
Otherwise I've been doing little jobs. Leave the room looking better than when you went in.
Got a little bit of a meal plan for next week but it's difficult because my appetite is so all over the place.
Another hospital appointment rescheduled. It's so difficult to plan things when they keep chopping and changing dates.
Still today was better than yesterday and tomorrow will be better than today. xxxHave adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.11 -

Awe Thank you. Beannie.
We've just had a small portion of a home made curry from the freezer with half a nan bread each. It was lovely and just enough. Secret is plod along. Take it as it comes. So many people so much worse off than I am. Be grateful for what you have. Goodness, you only have to read the news, don't you? I'll get there.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.10 -
Not a great day. Not well again and very very tired. Slept after I'd done pills and shower, had a long nap this afternoon. One trip downstairs, took a bin bag out to the bin and sat in the yard with a drink. I was ready to make an offer on a house but DS3 is now worried about a potential 80% loss of income.
A couple of months ago he was trying to get proof of identity as a company he's been working with requested it. he tried applying for a driving license but struggled finding someone to vouch for him - he goes out so little that he doesn't know many people especially ones in certain professions. The sister of a friend said she could do it after he appealed to his online network of friends and then the owner of a comic/ games store in Manchester (a friend of both DS1 and DS3 although DS3 rarely ventures to Manchester any more) offered to be back up. having jumped through all the hoops (the woman he spoke to couldn't find a record of his birth at first) he sent the form off. They sent it back and asked him to attend an eye examination but there are only 3 opticians in the whole country that they authorise. He asked for a refund but said it might mean a 40% reduction in income (the company is going to run a 2 tier system for verified and unverified game makers).
This morning's worry is that the company usually spends 2 days checking over a new game submission and we are now on day 12 and they haven't approved and released it. He also thinks they are late paying him (they already pay 2 months in arrears). He's warned me that he may need to borrow from me (he's already paid the taxes due in January.
So after that I gave in to the bug and went back to bed. They liked the house (we've been looking for two years and they're all much of a muchness - Beloved wants to be back in her home town and DS3 is fine as long as the roof doesn't leak and there is central heating and a bath, but worried about going forward when everything is so uncertain. I did look for advice on living in a house with multiple depressives and found some useful stuff.
So the remainder of the day has been spent treating myself gently, easy food (cheese triangles and grapes at one point with a glug of pickle juice for my throat), easy sewing (just a bit) and light weight reading and video (watched bake off last night, there may be another episode).
Ah well tomorrow is another day. Grateful for resting, pickles, grapes and soup, lots of books to read (renewed online because I couldn't face the trek across the car park), the play mat using up weird colours that have been cluttering up my work box (v posh name for it ).7 -

Sending 💕 @Toni'sfriend.
Today I waited for DH to get up to have a cup of coffee with him before heading off on the massive food shop trek. Did 🦩🦩 shop, Mr T's and Herr Lidle before losing the will to live and scurrying into two charity shops and peaceful reflection.
Came home and unpacked my £90 shop (!!!) had lunch, then launched myself into the downstairs bathroom and three hours of sorting through boxes. I now have the bath cleared. I have a large tub of items that will be craft projects. Another box of random wires and extension leads- where do they come from????- and 3 boxes left to sort through tomorrow before I give up and throw it all into the shed in disgust.
Side hustle has resulted in another £25 voucher for Mr T's and I don't know if I should get stocking fillers for DS3 and DS4, or if I can be trusted to buy some easy foodie bits for C-Word and not shovel them into my face (👀 I cannot be trusted not to shovel them into my face 👀) Yay to the free £25 voucher though!
Still no scaffolding.

Had a lie in this morning and then got two loads of washing on. Did put the heating on to help it dry, wouldn't usually but need everything dried and put away before holiday. Made some banana bread for OH and then went to the gym for boxing class.
Came home, had lunch and then spent a while on some aquarium maintenance, need to make sure it's in tip top shape before holiday! Packed all my clothes, changed bedsheets and hoovered. Put an online shop together for the day we get back, and cleaned the dishwasher. A busy day today but I always feel like the more I do on Saturdays the less I have to do the rest of the weekend! No spends too which is always a bonus.10 -
Good evening 🌓
Hope you're feeling better soon grandmanerd and glad you are feeling a little brighter Toni'sFriend
Slow start today but gradually gained momentum, and ticked of a few jobs I'd been putting off... Descaled coffee machine and enjoyed a home-made costa-equivalent... Health check home kit done which has been sat on the side for over a week... Eye test booked... Mediations picked up (they were a box short when I went last week)... and all my vitamins/supplements arrived - so have sorted anything medicine related into a storage box. Feeling like I accomplished something.
Today I am grateful for:
1) A video I watched on YT that inspired me
2) My little home. I say it a lot - but it really is my haven!
3) Mobile phones and texting
Today has been a spend day as had forgotten bread 🙄 and cereal
NSD total 8
Stay cosy folks! x

Today I am grateful for the huge reduction in my snot production after not eating dairy all day, for my mini rabbit looking super cute, for not getting wet on a short walk, for bacon.
