Nope it's always a long month for me as its so busy socially. This is 2 years in a row my friend and her family have visited in August. We are going to try and better prepare for next summer we have decided. So I'm going to have a summer pot for days out etc next year.

  • Do you have a flask or reusable coffee cup you could take instead and bung a few quid in your month ahead pot?

Yes and my good intentions start like that but never end that way. Plus it's the treat I allow myself for the mammoth effort that going to head office is. Usually my colleague pays for it so its OK. I need to really as I also have some oat latte sachets for the office in my work bag that I've never used.

  • Fair enough, as long as its a conscious decision 🙂
Oat latte sachets sound delicious, though I'm banning myself from looking 😁

Hahaha i haven't tried them yet, got oat and almond milk ones to try and see which I prefer. I will take a refill coffee cup tomorrow and hopefully that stops me buying one! I'm also more likely to make my sachets coffees as well then.

  • Might as well take it and see how you feel, no harm having the less spendy option! Do report back on the sachets 😁

Very true. I've set the coffee machine up ready for in the morning with my reusable cup so we shall see how I go. I forgot I'm on duty tomorrow afternoon so that means later train for me coming home. I've made my packed lunch so I'm not tempted to buy any food. Why did I think it was a good idea to go back to work on office Wednesday after a long weekend off??

I like the oat sachets and also the coconut milk ones. I get excited if they have something dairy free!
