I asked Monzo and they said this:
"This is currently a small experiment we are running to a small number of users. If we do expand this more customers, we recommend that you join our community forum as this is where we will publish any updates."

My wife and I have our main joint account with Monzo, and each have a personal account we use occasionally. All three were opened the same evening but I have the cashback option but she doesn't.

This isn’t open to everyone when you sign up. I got the cash back same as the others on here by signing up as a trail tester on the forums as it’s in testing stage not open to all at moment.0

Just spent £100 in Asda, £9 of cashback sat there waiting once the transaction has fully gone through. So the stacking of offers does work.0

I've made various payments over the last three days and the cashback has been payable the next day. That's far better than Halifax where it took until the end of the month. The only annoying thing is that I only seem to be able to withdraw it to my personal account even though the spend was from our joint account. It's not a big problem as I can transfer it manually from my personal account, bit it's one of those little annoyances that Monzo are normally good at avoiding.0

The October offers dont seem as good, although the 2% on the supermarkets remains.0
