Voda' to Voda' upgrade ?

Thanks all, it does look like I have kept the original number despite what both mobiles.Uk and Voda' say.
I will look at the contract in detail and look for the 'gsm to gsm upgrade'.
I did apply for PAC code from the mobile and response was that it to early in contract so hopefully that a good sign.
As you say it looks like the new Sim has confused matters and it good to know I am not the only one this has happened to.

Ok quick update. It does say 'Upgrade'.
So panic over. Help appreciated.

So thanks for all the advice. I have reread my account and it does say 'upgrade'.
I did text 65075 for a PAC from my mobile but it came back as unable as it was to early in the contract. So this suggests to me that the original number is attached to the new account.
So despite Mobiles.UK and Voda' saying it not possible, it seems it is.
All is looking good. 👍
