Amazon Delivery Gone Astray via Home Delivery Network - need help urgently

Our local HDNL driver said just Monday, for his depot anyway. I don't think I've ever seen a Sunday delivery for RM, must be regional.

Its only parcels that get delivered with RM where i am, its a small town, i got a parcell on a sunday 3 weeks ago, last year i also got a parcell delivered on a Sunday so they have been doing it quite a while.

Are the small TNT packages trackable?

I have 2 sent apparently on the same day 14th Dec that have not arrived still. Sent Super Saver. Amazon keep telling me to wait, but they are now telling me to wait till the 28th before they will look into!!

I am going to have to buy replacements today else where as they are christmas presents.

They are not trackable. However TNT inject into the Royal Mail for delivery to you, so if they have not arrived by the time the post comes tomorrow you know you won't get them in time. Remember the post can be late on Monday.

My Amazon delivery driver (*think* he's HDNL) told me on Friday that they're delivering today so fingers crossed, it might turn up for you today

I put this on the other Amazon toy thread but it might be usefull here also. Lots of my parcels are coming by HDN and were in Droitwich yesterday which is no where near me. i phoned Amazon today and they said they have an agreement with HDN and they will be here Monday.

No one is lucky using Parcel Farce :rotfl: . They tried to deliver a parcel on Friday when no one was at home. I rebooked a delivery for Saturday and got a confirmation. I stayed in all day but no parcel arrived so I have to stay in Monday as well.

My latest order was dispatched on 18th December via SuperSaver carrier (TNT) and has just turned up (Sunday) courtesy of Royal Mail

I am awaiting a HDNL parcel from Bargain Crazy. It last tracked 2200 20/12 despatched from Glenrothes, which must be the Scottish hub, so where is it.

My last Amazon delivery via HDNL was left with the neighbours, no note thru the letter box to say they had done that, although neighbours did passon the parcel.
