It was my 5.2% Easy Access with a payment out of this savings a/c to my Bank of Scotland current a/c. The £500 was then paid back to my Santander 123 a/c to cover tomorrow's DDs (DDs due today don't get paid until tomorrow) and qualify for cashback (internal Santander transfers don't count toward the £500 minimum pay in).

Cute ... I understand @clivep. I had forgotten (although never chose to) make a deferred payment/transfer from an easy access account.

So this was like a single SO without the working day restriction. Interesting.
