    That image you have posted (and has been copied by @patient_dream) shows the court Claim Number and DCBL's reference. Enough information to uniquely identify the parking incident being discussed here.

    I deleted that image as the OP should do and edit it.

    After that letter, they only have two choices now

    1: Continue to court and get spanked where you claim YOUR costs
    2: DISCONTINUE
