i I received an email from DCB today after sending my witness statement by email as follows 

Dear xxxx

We refer to our correspondence dated 05/06 whereby we provided you with a copy of the Claimant's N279 Notice of Discontinuance.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, our file is now closed.

Why didn't tell us about this Notice of Discontinuance?

Nearly fifty posts have been added to this thread and a lot of time wasted since 5th June.

Please show us a picture of that Notice of Discontinuance.

I didn’t receive any correspondence from them  at all. 

When I sent my witness statement today, I received the reply as above. So I don’t know whether they sent as a post but I never received anything from them
