I have had letters from BW legal concerning a parking ticket. I have not made any contact with them or the parking company whatsoever. Morning,

I've received an email concerning my reply to their LOC.

They are requesting my full name although everything was on the reply including the case number.

The only way I can reply is through their 'portal'.

Should I register on their portal or reply and send another email to the original - disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk?
