We thought it would be because the Entry Signage wasn’t compliant with BPA entrance sign guidelines - but it was more because we were ‘in consideration’ of entering into a contract to park and there is a minimum of 5 minutes for this consideration. It can vary according to the situation. If we hadn’t entered into a Contract, then there can be no ‘Breach of Contract’. Glad it’s over and life can move on. Judge Lieberling was very helpful in guiding the Defendant, I was not allowed to talk to the Judge directly only if the Defendant asked me for information. Cheers all!
