NPC rarely litigate. Forget about it.
Please concentrate on the Call For Evidence and sending an email to the DLUHC showing your £170 threatogram evidence.
The Government want to hear from consumers as well as PPCs and Question 4 is the one to answer, if you only do one.
This is vital. Please help us change the law.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thought people might be interested in this, after I wrote to my MP - response from minister..... I've received another letter from the debt management co too, still asking me for £170. This is so incredibly frustrating.

And that is the main reason that the new "ONE APP" by government is doomed to fail.

Good to see the new Minister responsible for this project is getting up to speed.slol said:Thought people might be interested in this, after I wrote to my MP - response from minister..... I 've now received a claim form re Civil National Business Centre for £263.32. Even though I paid for the parking at the time, had a confirmation text at the time, and the £ was taken from my bank account. It was only when I returned to the car park when they had sent me a penalty £ to see I had missed one digit from the location. This is all so so wrong. I am now going to have to pay £263.32 although there was no way I could have known at the time there was a problem.0

I think Im out of options. Wont they argue that as I made the error this was a breach of their terms and conditions, even though they had no loss.Coupon-mad said:
