GXS no windscreen PCN in evidence on NTK

So what if they have CCTV? Do you think they have a magical database with photos and names of every person in the UK to compare images to? Of course they don't. They are not allowed to even try and forensically identify you from CCTV. Stop worrying about that.1

sa74247 said:Hey, I can't appeal anymore. I thought it was 28 days from the date on the NtK, 29th August.
I drafted the complaint but should I still send it?Even if they only allowed 21 days you should still be able to appeal.
Screenshot what you are seeing and add the screenshot to your complaint to Shoreham Port. Show them what GXS are doing to visitors (no appeal is open to you) and tell them you are so stressed that you will no longer ever park at Southwick or Shoreham Port, which is a real shame and cause if sadness for a disabled person who enjoyed that area.
THEN - WHILE YOU ARE FIRED UP!
REALLY IMPORTANT THIS MONTH:
Please please (please) do this and give the Government your evidence - the horrific shock of the PCN and the screenshot showing that you can't appeal just a fortnight later - and tell them how receiving extortionate 3 figure threats feels:

Explained there.
PLEASE READ AND JOIN US.
It's one email. One question; will take minutes.
Obviously state at the start of your email response to the DLUHC that you are a consumer and are answering Question 4. You need to set the scene of what you are answering.
Then tell them how you feel.
Angry, scared, frightened to park anywhere? Threatened because you know the next letter will demand £170 - for no justified reason - and yet you can't appeal.
Make sure you attach the GXS letter and the screenshot preventing any appeal, to provide evidence.
You could also attach a copy of the complaint you have sent to Shoreham Port and tell the Government that this is stopping people being able to feel confident when parking at shops and beaches, and it will stop you going there. Surely this isn't what the DLUHC or Shoreham Port want, to lose visitors to high streets and nice beach cafes and attractions?
Add that you want your evidence to help inform the DLUHC to ban the added +£70 'fee' that is scaring you but has nothing to do with "debt resolution". It is all about needlessly frightening vulnerable people and making a huge amount of money out of disabled people and driving people away from high streets.
Change the law... we already are...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad I've already started doing those questions for evidence; the MP sent that to me after I asked her for advice. I'm nearly done with them, I filled in some of the others. Some of their questions are illogical.
I've stopped parking there, it's ok because summer is over and the lagoon has a lot of space. I don't like parking, it can be overwhelming; even though I have my blue badge I've never parked on singles or doubles. The rules don't seem very clear around this. I've had soooo many tickets, I really don't want any more. I mean how can ppl afford all these parking tickets?
My third ticket that is going to adjuidcators atm is parking in a disabled bay. The council made a mistake but their info is so confusing, I think even they were confused, so it seems.

I emailed GXS asking why I couldn't appeal online, they responded with something confusing, why are they saying I missed my appeal when it hasn't been 21days?Dear xxA Notice to Keeper was sent to you on the 29/8/23, this gave you the ability to appeal if done within 21 days, unfortunately the time to appeal has expired, the account remains unpaid, should a final reminder be sent, therewill be an additional charge of £60.To pay the charge, please visit www.gx-s.uk click on Pay PCN, you will need your PCN Number and vehicleregistration.RegardsGS Services0

Tell them they can't add up and you are going to show their replies to your MP and direct to the DLUHC as part of the Call for Evidence. In addition your MP will complain to the IPC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
